XD-II multicyclone dust filter is a high efficiency dust filter. The efficiency of clearing dust can reach over 95%. The resistance of dust filter body is lower than 900Pa.The existing boiler fan can guarante the normal working of the boiler. This filter has good load adaptability. When the load is 70%, the dust efficiency is more than 94%.

The cyclone tube of XD-II multicyclone dust filter is made of casting or ceramics. Its thickness is more than 6mm. Therefore the wearability is quite good. It is an ideal equipment to remove dust in fume removal of indutry boiler and in other dust removal.

Bag filter installation instructions

7. Desulfurization block change-over time general heating stoves annually replaced twice, industrial furnace annually replaced four times, to ensure the desulphurization performance.
