PMD pulse single dust filter is suitable to remove dust of small air volume. The selection and workmanship arrangement is simple. Dust gas goes into the filtering chambers with bags through hoppers ( it will go into the filtering chambers directly I f there are no hoppers). Dust is attached to the surface of fitering bags. The purified gas enters the top case body via filtering bag and then be discharged into the atmosphere by fan through discharging pipes. With the thickness of dust on the filtering bags increased, the resistance of dust filter raises continuously. When it raises to some extent (normally 1800Pa), dust removal must be done to guarantee the continuous work of filters. Filtering bags of dust filter are arranged in line. Every row of filtering bags is equipped with one pulse valve to control compressed air for pulse dust removal. The action of pulse valve is controlled by programs. When removing dust, dust removal controller will send out signals and make pulse valve release compressed air of 0.5-0.7Mpa. Compressed air swarms into the bags in high speed via air spraying pipes. At the same time, a second air flow which is several times stronger than compressed air comes into being. There will be instantaneous crushing wave and spread down from the top of filtering bag. Make the dust collected on the surfae of filtering bag fall down and the lump dust will fall into the hopper. The continuous pulse time may be adjusted to suit different characters of powder dust.
PMD series pulse single sack-duster is composed of cabinet body, fltering room, inspection door, fan, compressed air, spraying system, dust hopper and support legs etc. There are two types of dust filter,standard hopper A type and open flange B type. The material of filtering bag is normally used terylene needle felt. In special condition, it may select glass fibre needle felt or composed filtering material.
