The linear vibrating screen uses the vibration motor as the vibration source to make the material be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line. The material enters the feed port of the screening machine evenly from the feeder, and produces several specifications of screened and screened materials through the multi-layer screen, which are discharged from their respective outlets.
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis and overlap into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the self-weight of the material, the material is thrown up and jumps forward on the screen surface to move in a straight line, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.
The linear vibrating screen consists of a vibration motor, a screen box, a screen mesh, a vibration transmission body, and a vibration reduction device. This vibrating screen is suitable for processing granular materials with large production requirements and not too high precision.

Since the simple vibrator is installed on the screen box, there is no need to use a bulky I-beam, so the height of the entire screen box is small, the center of gravity is lowered, the weight is reduced, and the stability of the seat screen during operation is increased.
(2) The exciting force is equivalent to a uniformly distributed load along the entire width, the installation accuracy is easier to ensure, and its error has little effect on the amplitude of each point of the screen box.
(3) The eccentric block is easier to process and manufacture.
(4) It is convenient to arrange the transmission motor.
