Working principle of automobile bulk loader:
After the bulk vehicle enters the loading position (i.e. the vehicle feed port must be directly below the bulk head), press the "bulk head down" button on the control device, and the feeding bulk head will automatically drop. When the lowering cone head contacts the vehicle feed port, the loose rope switch device automatically positions. The reverse cone cap falls off by itself and disconnects the power supply of the lifting tractor. The system enters the loading state. At this time, press the "loading and unloading" button to load the vehicle. When the material is loaded to the preset height or is full, the micro-pressure differential level meter sends a full material alarm signal. The pneumatic butterfly valve (or electric butterfly valve) is automatically closed, the inflation pipeline system is closed to stop loading, and then the "bulk head up" button is pressed to restore the bulk head to the original height. After reaching the predetermined position, the spiral limit mechanism on the tractor automatically cuts off the power supply. At this point, the entire loading process is completed.
The automobile bulk loader realizes the automation of the loading and unloading process, with high loading efficiency and less dust pollution. During the loading process, the dust-containing gas of the material in the conveying system is purified by the bag dust collector through the interlayer channel of the double-layer elastic telescopic discharge pipe, and the powder is recycled to achieve dust-free operation. The switch is automatically turned on and off during the loading process.
