Ⅰ.Brief introduction
Clinker bulk loader is an equipment which convey clinker（<=50mm） from silo to clinker bulk loading vessel automatically. Bottom silo cement clinker bulk loader is mainly composed of hand rod valve, motorized fan valve, hoisting device, flexible discharge device, dust hose, capacitor limit switch and electric control system etc.

Ⅲ、Work principle of cement bulk loader
When transport vessel goes into loading position, open the relevant quantity of rod valves. Press the button of “DOWN”. After discharge head is to the position, put off the power of lifting motor automatically. Press the button of LOADING, and enter into discharge condition. Auxilary equipment will start work.The dust caused by discharge will enter into inlet hopper, Purify the dust from flexible dust hose in dust filter. When discharge head is full, discharge head will be lifted, at the same time will alarm. Lifting distance is arranged in front of discharge.If the lifting distance is one meter, the time of time relay is tuned to T=1/V. During the lifting, loading material continuously. When discharge head is full, repeat the above action. After material is full, press the button of stop.Make motorized vibrator brake resistant. Ensure transport vessel move away. And aim at the second discharge positon. Till the material silo is full.
