Ⅰ.Brief introduction
Cement storage silo is designed with a cone mixture chamber at the bottom of bottom silo which can reduce the discharge pressure in silo inside , and eliminate funnel flow. Mixture room is designed with 8 to 12 inlet holes. It is arranged 8 to 12 aerating zones between mixture room and silo wall, which will aerate the opposite zones in turn when discharging to make some cement flow into the center mixture room. When dischargeing, aerate in small relative circular zones in turn. Make partial cement flow toward center mixture room. During the flow from up and down, cutting of the horizontal material brings up gravity mixture. cut horizontal material layer and come into gravity mixture. Homogenize it again continuously in the mixing room after entering mixture room. The homogenized value can reach 5-9 and power consumption will be 0.15 to 0.30Kwh/t.
