Ⅰ.Briefintroduction
MF raw material homogenization silo is used distributor and six sets of air slide which is arranged in radial, come into horizontal material layer. Bottom silo is like a cone. Incling to the center slightly. There is a center mixture room in the middle. Silo wall between center room and silo wall is divided into 6 to 14 aerating zones, The space on the bottom silo between the center room and silo wall is divided into 6 to 14 aerating zones. each zone is designed three sets of aerating air slide and 1pcs of discharge hole . When discharge, two neighbored zone will aerate in turn. When discharging, two opposite zones will be aerated in turn. There will appear multiplies funnel depressed recesses at the top of discharge gate; the funnels will be arranged in one row along diameter. Rotate the angles with the changes of aerating change. If we do like this, it will have gravity mixture, also raw material will discharge into center room. The bottom of center room will be aerated aerate continuously making raw material be homogenized once again. Make raw material homogenize once again. Homogenized principle of this kind of silo is mixed with funnel gravity. The homogenization of this kind of silo is done mainly by funnel gravity mixture. Therefore the power consumption is very low and the energy consumption is 0.432-0.576kwh/t only.Therefore save power consumption, energy consumption is only 0.432－0.576kwh/t,.Homogenization valve can reach 7-10. This system is characterized by high efficiency, saving energy, low investment, easy operation etc. advantages.
