The bulk loader is mainly used for bulking fly ash in power plants and bulking cement in cement plants. It consists of a side feeder, a spiral gate, a pneumatic discharge valve, an air conveying chute, a bulk discharge head, a full material control device and an electrical control cabinet.
The bulk loader has the characteristics of compact structure, large loading capacity, long moving distance, PC program control, and easy operation.
Structural composition of cement bulk loader
The cement bulk loader consists of a side feeder, a spiral gate, a pneumatic discharge valve, an air conveying chute, a bulk discharge head, a full material control device and an electrical control cabinet. The whole machine has the characteristics of compact structure, large loading capacity, long moving distance, PC program control, and easy operation. When the cement bulk loader is working, the unloading and loading switch is turned on, and the charging solenoid valve, pneumatic discharge valve, centrifugal fan, bag dust collector (there is no such program for the original dust collector) and all the full material control controllers are put into operation. The feeder on the side of the warehouse (using an air compressor or compressed air) inflates the warehouse to loosen and fluidize the materials in the warehouse, and then enters the bulk discharge head through the pneumatic discharge valve and the air conveying trough and is loaded into the car. The action sequence of all equipment in this process is controlled by interlocking.
Working principle of cement bulk loader
When the cement bulk loader is working, cement or similar materials are fed into the bulk loader through a fixed feed hopper. Since the casing adopts a double-sided chute structure, the left and right lower casings and the air permeable layer constitute an inflation system. Between the feed hopper and the casing, the pressure belt on the upper casing passes through the feed hopper and covers the casing, sealing the feed hopper and the casing. The material can pass through the feed hopper and the casing to the discharge port in the middle of the casing, and is loaded into the tank truck through the hose inside the loading head. The dust-containing gas discharged from the tank truck passes through the outer hose of the loading head and the space above the chute, and is discharged from the dust collection port on the fixed feed hopper into the system dust collector.
Items that need to be checked regularly during the use of cement bulk loader:
1. Check the wire rope once a week to see if it is intact.
2. Check whether the bulk bag is damaged and whether the material is unobstructed every shift.
3. Replace the reducer oil every six months.
4. Blow the soot of the bulk control cabinet every month and calibrate the flow valve every six months.
Conclusion
The cement bulk loader is a special delivery equipment for loading or shipping clinker in cement plants. The cement bulk loader connects the cement warehouse with the cement bulk transportation tool, and realizes the automatic or semi-automatic delivery of bulk cement through a series of control device interlocking actions.
